Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The overall location provided beautiful views and unique amenities, including a private beach on Na Ka Yai Island, which was a highlight. However, I faced significant issues with the service regarding a theft incident during my stay that was handled poorly, leaving me feeling disappointed. The room was nice, but the lack of attention during check-out overshadowed the positives.
I really wanted to love this place since it's part of a hotel chain I've always enjoyed, but there were a few disappointments. While the rooms are spacious and offer stunning views, the experience at the Beach Club has changed so much that it's turned me off from returning. The service was decent but could use some improvement, especially at check-in. The overall vibe is still nice for a getaway, though, especially with big spaces to explore.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of healthy choices. The kids club was a highlight for my family, but the service at some restaurants left much to be desired. The atmosphere was often noisy due to large groups, which detracted from the relaxation I was hoping for.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its stunning views and spacious accommodations. The rooms were comfortable, and the facilities, especially the pool, were fantastic. Dining options were quite good, particularly the Thai restaurant, though the beach club experience didn't quite meet our expectations. Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxing getaway, especially if you want to avoid the crowds.
My stay was quite mixed. While the resort had beautiful views and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing, the lack of a nearby beach was a letdown. Overall, I enjoyed the spacious rooms and relaxing atmosphere, but the service left a lot to be desired, especially in the dining areas. I think it’s a spot for a short escape rather than a longer vacation.
